Our Advantages

Versatile Metal Compatibility
Our fiber laser technology cuts a wide range of metals including carbon steel (up to 20mm), stainless steel 304/316 (up to 10mm), aluminum (up to 8mm), brass (up to 8mm), and galvanized steel. Unlike traditional CO₂ lasers, our fiber laser excels at cutting reflective metals like aluminum and brass that are difficult or impossible to process with older laser technology. This versatility makes us ideal for diverse applications from industrial signage and automotive parts to architectural metalwork and electronic enclosures.

Precision Tube Cutting
Our HSG R1R fiber laser tube cutting machine delivers clean, precise cuts on round, square, and rectangular tubes from Ø8-120mm diameter and up to 6.5 meters long. Perfect for furniture frames, structural components, exhaust systems, and architectural metalwork. The non-contact cutting process prevents deformation and produces weld-ready edges with no additional finishing required.

2D Vision Measuring System
We utilize advanced 2D vision measuring systems to ensure every part meets precise specifications. Our quality control process verifies dimensions, tolerances, and edge quality before delivery, guaranteeing ±0.05mm accuracy on all fiber laser cutting projects. This automated inspection system enables fast, reliable quality assurance for both sheet metal and tube cutting.

One-Stop Manufacturing Solution
Save time and complexity by consolidating all your manufacturing needs with us. Beyond fiber laser cutting, we offer CO₂ laser cutting, UV printing, welding, assembly, and quality inspection—all under one roof. Submit a single drawing and receive a complete, finished product. From laser-cut frames with welded joints to branded components with UV printing, our integrated approach streamlines your workflow and ensures consistent quality throughout production.
